Convoys Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Convoys account and associated data.

Delete Directly in the App (Fastest)

Open Convoys on your device.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Delete Without Opening the App

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@convoys.app with:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Your Convoys display name (if known)
Any details that help us find your account (for example device/platform and approximate last use date)

What Is Deleted

Convoys profile/account data tied to your app account
Associated room participation/profile records we can remove from active systems

What May Be Retained

Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and compliance obligations
Limited billing/reconciliation records related to in-app purchases where required
Security/abuse logs retained only as long as reasonably necessary for protection and compliance

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly. In most cases, requests are completed within 30 days.
